When I want to efficiently control my body, to make it more energetic or healthier, running is one way to achieve this. However, we know our body is a dynamic system. Running controls the system’s output, which is the body’s energy. For better control, we need to analyze the system’s input, which is the body’s food. Therefore, I want to analyze the food intake for the body.
